How do I apply for a KuCard?
KuCard VISA is available only to citizens and residents of the European Economic Area (EEA). To be eligible, you must pass identity verification using an accepted EEA-issued ID.
Application guideline
Visit the KuCoin homepage, select the More tab, and choose KuCard . Or, directly access the application portal here.
Step 1 : C lick Apply Now .
Step 2 : F ill in your date of birth and check the information in the new page , click Confirm to proceed
Step 3. Check if the cardholder’s name matches your KYC details. R ead and check the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy box , click Next .
Step 4 : Choose to create either a virtual card only or both a physical card and a virtual card. If you opt to apply for a physical card, a 9.99 EUR application fee will be charged. Please ensure you have sufficient balance in your accounts.
Step 5. You may choose and personalize the name that's printed on your card. When you're done, select Next .
Step 6. Enter your delivery address using English letters for the physical card and choose your preferred delivery method. Please ensure the phone number you entered is correct. Noted: The delivery service is currently only available to addresses within Europe.
Step 7. Set up a 3DS Password for your online payments.

Standard d elivery: Free . The physical card will arrive in 1-6 weeks without tracking.
Express d elivery: Costs 30 EUR . The physical card will arrive in about 5 days. This service is provided by DHL Express or DPD Express .

Not qualified last name or first name filled in shipping address page when applying for KuCard (at least two characters, no special characters). Not qualified shipping address (in English characters only). An invalid 3DS password (allowed characters include A-Z, a-z, 0-9, and most special characters; spaces are not permitted). Incorrect date of birth (DOB) details. After you click Apply Now, please confirm whether the DOB information is correct or not. Insufficient balance in fiat and crypto within your Funding Account for the 9.99 EUR application fee. If everything checks out but you're still facing issues, please contact our customer support.
